Description of the accommodation unit

One of the most spectacular investments on the Romanian coast, covering an area of 100.000 sqm, Phoenicia Holiday Resort is the perfect accommodation option especially for families with children, providing all the necessary comfort for rest, relaxation, beach and fun.

Accommodation structure

The complex provides accommodation for up to 1200 people, in 420 apartments.

The 420 units, divided in studios and apartments of one or two bedrooms, have areas between 80 and 200 sqm.

Each apartment is equipped with modern furniture, living room (modular sofa), bedroom (double bed or twin beds), kitchen, TV (LCD), air conditioning, Internet connection, bathroom (hydro - massage tub), spacious terrace.
Most apartments have sea views.

Accommodation capacity:

- studio - 2 adults + 2 children (2 - 12 years) or 3 adults;

- 1 bedroom apartment - 2 adults + 2 children (2-12 years) or 3 adults + 1 child (2 - 12 years);

- 2 bedrooms apartment - 4 adults + 2 children (2-12 years) or 5 adults.


Services and Facilities

The complex provides:

- elegant restaurant with international cuisine, Lebanese and Romanian, where the menus are prepared by genuine masters of culinary art, being served by an experienced waiters teams;

- three attractive bars, with a spectacular range of alcoholic and soft drinks;

- outdoor swimming pool with water games, occupying an area of 10.000 sqm;

- outdoor swimming pool for children and also an artificial river where kids will ride boats and coils;

- Kids Club which includes cinema, theater, space for drawing and painting, the atmosphere being carefully maintained and monitored by a team of professional entertainers;

- children's playground;

- sports area with tennis courts, football and basketball field and an English Club where you can enjoy with friends a billiard game;

- Spa center - fitness room, massage room, indoor swimming pool;

- private beach with umbrellas and sun chairs;

- free secure private parking (400 spaces).
